Question:
Sections 5.3, 5.4, and 5.13 all speak to confidentiality. Is there
a formal process the County would like vendors to follow for
seeking confidentiality / exemptions from the VT Access to Public
Records Act? Notably, Section 5.13 requires marking sections
confidential, but how do vendors handle the trade secret
exemption?

Please clearly identify confidential information and specific
trade secret information in your response to the RFP you wish kept
confidential.
